Job summary

LTIMindtree in Hartford, CT is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics initiatives on site. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven insights and design QlikView dashboards and scorecards.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing concepts, and strong communication skills to present insights to leadership and collaborate with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Design and develop QlikView dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Support high-priority initiatives including dashboard modernization.
• Translate business questions into datadriven insights and recommendations.
• Define, monitor and enhance KPIs and metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis and data validation; create ad hoc analyses and exec presentations.
• Collaborate with technology and offshore teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved data visualization.
• Maintain documentation for rules, definitions, data lineage, and reporting solutions.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
