Job summary

A technology solutions firm is seeking a fully cleared Scrum Coach to support programs in Fort Meade, Maryland. Job description

T-Rex is looking for a fully cleared Scrum Coach to work on a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area in support of the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
  • Analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develop technical documentation. Develop system architecture and system design documentation. Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
    OR
    A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
    OR
    A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
    OR
    A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
  • Experience in collaborating with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
  • Jira/DevOps Experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with FSP security clearance is required.

Salary

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
