Nan’s Kitchen is seeking an experienced Culinary Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen. As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes that showcase fresh ingredients and scratch-made techniques, while delivering warmth and hospitality to guests.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar).
• Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and roast vegetables, meats, and grain-based dishes.
• Fulfill guest orders quickly and accurately during service.
• Manage tickets and communicate clearly in a high-volume kitchen.
