Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sanitation & food safety.
• Ability to manage a fast paced lunch/dinner including efficient time management & multitasking.
• Physical stamina & ability to work early evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Preparing & prepping: firing up for the evening: chicken, veggies, soups & more.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during peak hours.
• Support the Scratch kitchen by handling fresh ingredients and seasonal offerings.
