Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a SCRA Service Associate to support military customers and SCRA servicing activities. This on-site role blends front‑office interactions with back‑office processing to ensure compliant case handling and timely service requests.

You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, review documentation, update records, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve cases. Candidates with 2–4 years in customer service and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in customer service or back‑office processing.
• Experience handling inquiries, documentation, and service requests.
• Knowledge of SCRA or regulated servicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions and service requests.
• Review documentation and update account records for accuracy.
• Process SCRA benefits and servicing actions per policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close cases timely.
• Respond to inquiries and provide status updates to customers.
