Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Service Associate to support military customers and manage SCRA servicing needs. You will handle front-office inquiries, gather documentation, and create service requests for lease returns and other servicing actions.

Back-office responsibilities include reviewing cases, implementing approved benefits, updating records, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining compliance with policy and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in customer service, call center operations, account servicing, case management, or back-office processing.
• Experience in auto finance, lease servicing, or another regulated servicing environment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SCRA requirements or the ability to learn applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Front-Office Customer Support and Case Intake: Handle inbound interactions from military customers, authorized third parties, dealers, and internal partners regarding SCRA benefits and military servicing needs.
• Follow-Up and Customer Guidance: Initiate outbound communications to clarify needs, obtain missing documentation, provide status updates, and support timely resolution.
• Back-Office Review and Processing: Review cases for completeness; process approved SCRA benefits and military servicing actions; update account records.
• Case Management, Documentation, and Compliance: Maintain accurate case notes and ensure adherence to policies and timelines.
• Inquiry Response and Cross-Functional Support: Respond to inquiries and collaborate with partners to ensure consistent outcomes.
