Job summary

Hyundai Capital is seeking a SCRA Service Associate to support military customers and SCRA servicing activities. The role blends front-office customer interactions with back-office case processing, ensuring timely, accurate service requests and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customer service or related fields, with preference for auto finance or regulated servicing experience, and may have bilingual abilities. High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in customer service, call center operations, account servicing, case management, or back-office processing.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, reviewing documentation, maintaining account records, and processing or routing service requests.
• Experience in auto finance, lease servicing, or regulated servicing environment is beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-office inbound/outbound customer interactions and create service requests for SCRA servicing needs.
• Review and process requests for SCRA benefits and military servicing actions, and coordinate case resolution.
• Review cases for completeness, process approved benefits and actions, and update account records.
