Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is hiring a SCRA Service Associate to support military customers and SCRA servicing activities. You will handle front-office inquiries, gather documentation, and create service requests, while also handling back-office reviews, interest rate adjustments, and case coordination to ensure compliant servicing actions.

Role involves strong collaboration with internal partners, meticulous documentation, and adherence to federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in customer service, call center operations, account servicing, case management, or back-office processing.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and processing service requests.
• Familiarity with SCRA requirements or ability to learn applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Front-Office Customer Support and Case Intake: handle inbound interactions from military customers and dealers, assess needs, collect information, create service requests.
• Follow-Up and Customer Guidance: outbound communications to clarify needs, obtain missing docs, provide status updates, and resolve issues.
• Back-Office Review and Processing: review cases, process SCRA benefits and actions, update records, coordinate with internal departments.
• Case Management, Documentation, and Compliance: maintain notes and records, meet timeframes, escalate as needed.
• Inquiry Response and Cross-Functional Support: respond to inquiries and collaborate with partners for timely outcomes.
