Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) helps people move forward through Hyundai Motor Finance, Genesis Finance, and Kia Finance. The SCRA Service Associate role supports military customers and performs front-office and back-office servicing tasks, handling case intake, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in customer service, call center operations, account servicing, case management, or back-office processing.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, reviewing documentation, maintaining account records, and processing or routing service requests.
• Experience in auto finance, lease servicing, or another regulated servicing environment is beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of SCRA requirements or the ability to learn applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, assess servicing needs, collect required information, provide status updates, and create service requests.
• Review and process requests for SCRA benefits and military servicing actions, and coordinate case resolution in compliance with regulations.
• Divide time between front-office and back-office responsibilities based on workload and business needs.
• Maintain accurate case notes and coordinate with internal departments to complete case resolutions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding military policies, required documentation, and case status.
