Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a SCRA Service Associate to support military customers with front-office inquiries and back-office servicing actions. You will assess requests, collect documentation, and create service requests for lease returns, vehicle transport, and rate adjustments.

The role includes reviewing cases for completeness, processing approved benefits, and updating records while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in customer service, call center operations, account servicing, case management, or back‑office processing.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and processing service requests.
• Familiarity with SCRA requirements or other regulated servicing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound interactions with military customers and internal partners regarding SCRA benefits.
• Review and process requests for SCRA benefits and servicing actions; update account records.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure compliant, timely case resolution.
