Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) for a part-time role of up to 25 hours per week. The position pays $11.50–$13.50 per hour and may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

The role focuses on serving Guests with the Hi Five experience, making hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts, while efficiently operating the POS and gas console and maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels. You must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand English to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash, change, and various payment methods.
• Ability to stand and move merchandise; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -30°F for at least 2 minutes and as low as +33°F for at least 10 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare shakes, cones, and hand-dipped items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and freezers; ensure freshness and cleanliness.
• Monitor store conditions, temperatures, and safety procedures.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
