Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience in a part-time role. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes and other items, operate the POS and keep the dip cabinet stocked.

Shifts may be 1st, 2nd or 3rd, with pay ranging from $11.50 to $13.50 per hour and a minimum age of 16. You will follow store policies, maintain safety and cleanliness, assist Guests, and support Team Members during busy periods while performing duties with

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate the Point of Sale System and gas console, handle transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinets, ice dispensers and ensure products are fresh and properly displayed.
• Maintain security and proper cash handling procedures.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and safe; monitor temperatures as required.
• Complete time records and related documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
