Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience by making hand-dipped cones, shakes and sundaes, and by providing friendly, prompt service.

The part-time position (25 hours or less per week) may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, with a pay range of $11.50 to $13.50 per hour and a minimum age of 16. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform basic arithmetic for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience with friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, sundaes, and other dip cabinet items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper appearance of merchandises.
• Complete time records and other admin tasks as assigned by management.
