Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Scoops Counter Attendant for its Marketplace. The role involves fast, friendly service; taking orders; handling payments; preparing and serving ice cream and baked goods; and maintaining a clean counter and dining area.

Qualifications

The attendant must be able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while delivering excellent guest service and supporting the overall operations of the Marketplace

Essential Functions

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and serve ice cream and baked goods.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously; assist with menu selections and answer questions about food items.
• Take guest orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions following established cash-handling procedures.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverage items according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked counter, service area, and dining area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper food handling and

temperature control.

• Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding food preparation and guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.
