Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Scoops Counter Attendant for its Marketplace. The role involves fast, friendly service; taking orders; handling payments; preparing and serving ice cream and baked goods; and maintaining a clean counter and dining area.

Candidates must comply with food safety standards and work efficiently in a high-volume setting. The attendant will greet guests, assist with menu selections, input orders into the POS system, and support kitchen and management with guest needs

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and delivering friendly guest service is preferred.
• Ability to assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with kitchen and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service to guests at the Marketplace counter.
• Take orders and input into POS system; handle cash and payments.
• Prepare and serve ice cream and baked goods; maintain clean, organized counter and dining area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards and temperature controls.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restock supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to meet guest needs.
