Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a SCIF Construction Manager to lead the design and construction efforts for secure facilities, including SCIFs and related accreditation processes.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in complex projects within the design/construction sector and demonstrate progression across contract administration, quality assurance, and field engineering. Required are 10+ years of combined education/experience in secure facility delivery and a clear track record

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the design and construction industry to support the delivery of complex projects and programs.
• 10 or more years of combined education and/or experience and demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in the design and/or construction of secure facilities, including SCIFs and accreditation procedures.
• Experience in supporting the successful delivery of new and/or renovated laboratory, data center, and/or secure facilities with high-density power and multi-class IT and AV systems is desired.
• Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in contract administration, change management, construction quality assurance, construction management, field engineering, or related fields.
• Must be a US Citizen

• 10 or more years of combined education and/or experience and demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertiseinthe design and/or construction of secure facilities, including secure compartmented information facilities (SCIF) and associated components, systems, and accreditation procedures.
• Experience in supporting the successful delivery of new and/or renovated laboratory, data center, and/or secure facilities with high-density power and multi-class distribution IT and AV systems is desired.
• Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in contract administration, change management, construction quality assurance, construction management, field engineering, or related fields.
