Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics in Waltham, MA is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to lead biophysical screening and analytical characterization of antibodies and other modalities. You will design and execute HTS, stability, and impurity studies, while developing new analytical methods to improve throughput and data quality.

Reporting to the Head of Protein Analytics, you will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior scientists, and deliver robust developability packages to guide program

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. with 6+ years.
• Proven expertise in protein analytics and biophysical assays.
• Hands-on with LC-MS, CE-SDS, CZE/cIEF, DLS and chromatographic methods.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a matrixed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-throughput screening and biophysical characterization.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for developability and impurity profiling.
• Mentor junior scientists and collaborate across Alloy sites.
• Present data and recommendations to stakeholders.
