Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics seeks a Director of Protein Science in Waltham, MA to lead high-throughput mammalian protein production and mg-scale expression supporting therapeutic programs. You will guide antibody building blocks for multispecific formats, coordinating with discovery, analytics, and pharmacology teams.

You will drive scientific direction, manage projects across US/international time zones, and mentor a cross-functional team in a dynamic startup environment with strong pay and equity

Qualifications

• Experience leading protein expression, purification, and characterization for drug discovery.
• Hands-on depth in recombinant mammalian protein expression systems.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and timelines.
