Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist to join the Protein Analytics group within the Alloy Antibody Powered Division. You will design and execute high-throughput screening, stability, forced degradation, and pre-formulation studies on antibodies and other modalities, using LC-MS, CE-SDS, and other analyses.

Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years industry experience in protein analytics/biophysics.
• MS with 6+ years industry experience in protein analytics/biophysics.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute high-throughput screening, stability, forced degradation, and pre-formulation studies.
• Lead late-stage characterization efforts to support developability decisions.
• Develop and validate analytical methods to improve throughput and reproducibility.
• Supervise and mentor junior scientists and review experimental designs and data.
• Maintain instruments and ensure best practices across the team.
