Job summary
Aquent is partnering with a leading medical diagnostics organization to shape the learning landscape for product development and scientific teams. The role focuses on designing engaging training that translates complex pathology lab concepts into practical skills for laboratory professionals.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of instructional design experience, proficiency with Articulate 360 or Camtasia, and strong LMS capabilities to track training effectiveness and onboarding success.
Qualifications
- Designs and delivers technical training for adult learners.
- Transforms complex lab knowledge into structured instructional content.
- Authoring engaging curriculum using industry tools (Articulate 360/Camtasia).
- Proficient with LMS to track competency and onboarding.
- Strong collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, author, and update technical training modules and e-learning.
- Translate complex scientific concepts into accessible learning paths.
- Develop interactive digital modules with multimedia content.
- Ensure training materials comply with quality standards and platform updates.
- Lead onboarding programs and deliver classroom, lab, and virtual training.
