You will own full P&L, lead commercial growth, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration to meet annual objectives. Seattle or Portland familiarity preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years progressive business leadership with full P&L management experience
• Proven success driving commercial growth, revenue expansion, and new business development
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial and operational teams with alignment focus
• Laboratory testing, environmental services, or scientific services industry experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
