GQR in New York City (Chelsea) is seeking a 360 Recruiter to join its Life Sciences division in a high-impact role that combines full-cycle recruitment with business development ownership. This is a hybrid position designed for a proven performer who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is motivated by building client partnerships and candidate networks within Life Sciences.

You will drive revenue, develop new business, and own the full recruitment lifecycle—from client acquisition

Qualifications

• Proven Life Sciences recruiting and/or business development experience.
• Strong client relationships and sales-drive.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High energy, resilient, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment in a 360 capacity, including both candidate placement and client acquisition.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct interviews via phone and in-person.
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Engage and nurture passive candidates.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Meet and exceed individual recruitment and sales quotas.
