• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruitment of scientific, healthcare, and clinical candidates across industries.
• Conduct phone screens, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare candidates with company information and interview logistics.
• Provide timely feedback post-interviews and negotiate offers.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline and support business development.
• Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to team goals.
