Thrive Global Holdings, Inc. seeks a Health Writer & Content Creator who blends scientific rigor with engaging storytelling to translate primary research into accessible content across articles, webinars, video scripts, and web copy.

The role emphasizes translating evidence into practical wellbeing guidance, working with cross-functional teams, and navigating health/ pharma review processes while maintaining Thrive's voice and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of health writing experience with a portfolio
• Experience navigating pharma/health review processes (MLR)
• Ability to transform complex science into clear, compelling stories
• Experience producing long-form, video, and short-form content
• Familiarity with behaviour-change science and wellbeing research
• Able to collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams

Responsibilities

• Write science-backed health content across formats (articles, infographics, guides, video scripts, citations, SMS).
• Create webinars on health, wellbeing, and productivity topics that are engaging and evidence-based.
• Pitch and workshop content ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support new-business efforts with pitches and assets reflecting Thrive's voice and rigor.
• Develop condition-specific content for the Thrive platform with high editorial standards
