Thrive Global is seeking a Health Writer & Content Creator in the United States to craft science-backed health content across formats, aligning with Thrive’s voice and scientific standards.

The role blends rigorous research with engaging storytelling, producing articles, webinars, scripts, and web copy while collaborating across product, design, and go-to-market teams. Expect high impact and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content, editorial, journalism, and/or branded content.
• A track record of health writing for reputable organizations with a portfolio demonstrating ability to translate complex science.
• Experience navigating the pharma/health review process (e.g., MLR).
• AI fluency with using AI tools to improve depth and accuracy.
• Experience producing multi-format content (long-form, video, short-form).
• Familiarity with behavior-change science and wellbeing research.
• Comfort collaborating across product, design, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Write new science-backed health content for customers across formats, including articles, infographics, guides, video scripts, citations, and SMS.
• Create webinars on health, wellbeing, and productivity topics that are engaging and evidence-based.
• Draft, pitch, and workshop content ideas with confidence in the science and humility to value feedback.
• Support new-business efforts, including pitch decks and assets reflecting Thrive’s voice and scientific standards.
• Develop condition-specific content for the Thrive platform with editorial rigor.
