Included Health is seeking a skilled Content Writer to join the Consumer Marketing Content & Creative Strategy team. This remote role focuses on crafting clear, engaging member communications that drive registrations, care visits, and ongoing engagement across channels.

As part of a cross-functional group with clinical and product teams, you will own onboarding emails, landing pages, printed materials, and more, ensuring messaging is on-brand, accessible, and conversion-focused.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional writing experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or tech.
• Ability to write in a clear, human, and motivating tone, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience using content to drive and measure specific business goals like conversion, education, or retention.

Aufgaben

• Write, edit, and proof engaging content for member-facing communications, including: Emails and digital campaigns, Web pages and paid search placements, Social media content and paid ads, SEO articles and educational guides, Flyers, mailers, and event materials, Webinar promotional materials and scripts, How-to content and video scripts.
• Tailor messaging based on audience segment, channel, and conversion optimization best practices and performance insights
• Collaborate with content strategists and writers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
• Contribute to content calendars, brainstorms, and creative reviews
• Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with legal and compliance requirements
• Continuously optimize content based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
