Job summary

Thorne is seeking a skilled Copywriter to craft clear, on-brand content across web, email, CRM, and campaigns. You will translate product and health information into consumer-friendly messaging while maintaining accuracy and brand voice, working with Brand, Product, Creative, and Scientific Affairs teams.

You will edit, optimize, and QA copy, apply SEO best practices, and contribute to product storytelling and educational content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience (in-house or agency; DTC/e-commerce preferred).
• Experience writing across multiple marketing channels, including digital, email, social, and web.
• Wellness, healthcare, supplements, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong writing craft, attention to detail, and brand storytelling

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging, on-brand copy across web, email, CRM, social media, campaigns, product pages, and other channels.
• Apply Thorne’s brand voice consistently across content formats and audience segments.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Build knowledge of Thorne’s products, ingredients, and claims approach by learning from internal teams.
• Translate product features and scientific information into accessible messaging; support product narratives and education content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure messaging accuracy.
• Execute copy deliverables for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and reviews; translate briefs into copy solutions.
• Apply learnings from briefs and stakeholder feedback to strengthen future copy.”
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Growth, Creative, and Scientific Affairs teams to support goals.
• Partner with designers to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.
• Participate in project meetings and content planning discussions.
• Review copy for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand adherence.
• Apply SEO and content optimization best practices as appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with consistency and quality.
• Ensure copy aligns with legal, regulatory, and scientific guidelines.
• Escalate questions on claims or compliance when needed.
