Van Pool Transportation LLC is seeking a part-time School Van Driver in Mansfield, MA. You will transport students to events and school routes, ensuring safety and adherence to policies. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and a 7D certificate is supported by the company.

Weekdays only with guaranteed hours and optional extra shifts. English communication is required, and candidates must pass background checks and a 7D physical.

Qualificações

• English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Safe driving record and background check clearance.
• Ability to obtain 7D physical and pass drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Assist students entering/exiting vehicle and use safety equipment as required.
• Drive assigned routes and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and communicate with families and staff.
• Follow state/local laws and school district policies.

Pay: $ 24.41 /hour

Paid Training: $20/hour

Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)

Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays

What You'll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc )
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre- trip and post- trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain - we train!)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check , drug screening , & 7D physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
