Job summary

Van Pool Transportation LLC is seeking a Part Time School Van Driver in Hudson, MA. You will transport students to and from school and events, with a split AM/PM schedule and guaranteed minimum hours. Training is provided, and you can bring the van home after shifts.

Requirements include a 7D certificate (or willingness to obtain), a safe driving record, 21+ years old with 3+ years driving experience, and proficiency in English. Benefits include paid training and opportunities for extra hours.

Qualifications

• Must have School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate or be willing to obtain it (training provided).
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and 7D physical.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• May assist students in entering/exiting vehicle and using safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats).
• Drive assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Pay: $ 24.41 /hour (Effective 8/24/26)

Paid Training: $20/hour

Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)

Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
