Job summary

Krise Transportation is seeking dispatchers to coordinate school bus and van routes, schedules, and daily communications. You will be the crucial link between drivers, parents, and schools, ensuring timely pickups and safe transport for students.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in student transport, and proficiency with dispatch software. CDL endorsements and a strong safety focus are required. Great team atmosphere and day-to-day impact on students’ lives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage and communicate clearly and respectfully with others and calmly handle difficult customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in student transportation or similar role in transportation operations.
• Proficient with computers and software programs.
• Must have and maintain CDL with Passenger, School Bus and Air Brake Endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routes, schedules, and communications to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Serve as the communication link between drivers, parents, and the school district.
• Support drivers and assist with problem solving to keep operations running smoothly.
• Be part of a team that values safety and reliability for students.
