Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Psychology, or related field; 1 year experience with children and families.
• Experience in mentoring programs, human resources, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of mentee and mentor profiles to understand goals, skills, interests, and preferences.
• Pair mentors and mentees based on compatibility and program goals to ensure meaningful relationships.
• Serve as a point of contact for mentors and mentees, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Monitor progress of matched pairs and provide ongoing support to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate records of matches and coordinate program activities.
