Job summary

Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, Inc. seeks a seasoned Director to lead the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of workforce development programs including WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP and Youth initiatives.

This role covers Youth Programs in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, with emphasis on high-quality service delivery and successful job placements for participants. The Director will guide policy, budgeting, staff supervision, and performance management to meet federal,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or related field; equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Five (5) years' experience in related employment and training services including management level experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Directs activities and operations of programs, including youth programs across Hillsborough/Pinellas Counties.
• Develops and maintains policies and procedures for implementing programs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Leads planning and development to meet community needs and resources.
• Manages staff training, supervision, and evaluation.
• Prepares and presents program information to the CSTB Board.
