Job summary

Unionville High School seeks a Technology Technician to provide first-level IT support for teachers, staff, and students. You will troubleshoot network, AV equipment, and peripherals, maintain images, and support district-wide technology initiatives.

The role covers device deployment and lab management, inventory, and coordination with the district's technology team. A 12-month, 8-hour/day schedule is typical, with benefits eligible and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with training in the computer field; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computers preferred
• Advanced skills with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to teachers, staff, and students
• Maintain network, AV equipment, and peripherals; manage tickets and inventory
• Support district IT objectives and coordinate with building leadership and district technology teams
• Manage student 1:1 devices and classroom labs (Chromebooks, iPads, laptops)
• Assist staff with devices refresh cycles and software deployment
• Provide basic IT training and support for staff events and classroom use
