Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or CS certs preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Chromebooks, and Chrome extensions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students and staff.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Familiarity with ViewSonic hardware.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Serve as the primary Help Desk contact for staff and students; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Device Management: Install, configure, and upgrade software across macOS, ChromeOS, and iPadOS platforms using MDM tools.
• Damaged Device Management: Assist with invoicing and billing for damaged devices.
• Program Support: Support events by deploying sound systems, microphones, and presentation screens.
• Cyber Security: Assist with security cameras and related software for video retention and monitoring online activity.
• Hardware Maintenance: Unbox, deploy, and repair computers, Chromebooks, displays, projectors, TVs, and printers.
• Inventory & Documentation: Maintain hardware inventories and document procedures and tickets.
• Procurement Assistance: Research compatibility and provide upgrade recommendations.
• Vendor Liaison: Contact external vendors for support and repairs.
