Job summary

BrightBee is seeking a School Support Associate to help create safe, organized, and welcoming environments for students in the San Jose area. You will play a central role across campus—from the front office to the cafeteria—providing essential support and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The School Support Associate will join the team and help ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for our students. This role is the “glue” of our daily operations, providing essential support across the campus—from the front office to the cafeteria.

• Pass a background check
• Follow safety and reporting guidelines
• Complete required school clearances which you are responsible for paying
• Costs associated with the clearance process are the sole responsibility of the candidate, as this engagement is for an independent contractor role rather than a traditional employment position. Requirements vary by state but may include the cost of a background check, obtaining a copy of any college transcript you have, and the cost of completing Mandated Reporter training. The average cost of completing clearance in California for this role is between $123 - $214.
