Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school setting in California for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, contract position offers opportunities to grow professionally while supporting students’ communication and academic development. Qualifications include a Master’s in SLP and active CA license; CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Open to Clinical Fellows; support provided.
• School-based experience appreciated but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across grade levels.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Provide direct therapy and indirect consultative services.
• Address a diverse range of communication challenges to foster student success.
