Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in California. This contract role supports students’ communication and language development within a collaborative educational team, working with teachers, families, and specialists to drive academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• CCC-SLP certification highly preferred.
• Consideration given to exceptional Clinical Fellows (CFs).
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy to students.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and effective treatment plans.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to collaborative planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress.
• Support a diverse student population with varying speech, language, and communication needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other support staff to best serve each student.
