Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract role in California schools. You will screen, assess, diagnose, and provide individual and consultative services aligned with IEP goals.

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design tailored treatment plans, track progress, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Flexible scheduling and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but all passionate candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to design individualized treatment plans and adapt services to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational environments.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services.
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide training and resources to staff and families to facilitate student growth.
