Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in California for a contract-based school-year assignment. The role supports diverse learners and requires strong collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff.

Candidates may hold SLP-CCC or be CFY eligible, with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA licensure. The position offers on-site work and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible California licensure for SLP required.
• ASHA CCC or CFY considered for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students referred for speech and language services.
• Develop and implement IEP goals in alignment with best practices.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation as required by local and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide recommendations, resources, and training to staff and families as needed.
