Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to support students in a California school setting for the upcoming year.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and provide both direct therapy and consultative services, with emphasis on accurate documentation and ongoing professional growth. Benefits include healthcare, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability and a commitment to promoting positive student outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and data for each student case
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise
• Offer guidance and strategies to school staff regarding student communication needs
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
