Job summary

Soliant Health in California is seeking an SLP-CCC for a full-time, in-person school-based contract assignment. You will cover alongside an SLPA, managing a caseload of about 45 students from kindergarten through age 22, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7am–3pm.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP-CCC license, K-12 experience, and strong collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and students. The assignment offers ongoing support and a 60-day posting lifecycle with potential

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC certification (SLP-CCC).
• Experience with K-12 populations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with school staff, students, and families.
• Previous school-based experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to promote student progress.
• Maintain precise documentation for progress monitoring and compliance.
• Provide direct therapy and support for a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Supervise and partner with the SLPA to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
