Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in the 2026-2027 school year. You will conduct assessments, develop plans, and provide direct therapy in collaboration with teachers and families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, IEP participation, and ongoing professional development; requires state licensure and CCC-SLP; prior school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
