Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in an on-site school setting near Methuen, MA. This contract role offers frontline work with students to enhance communication skills and contribute to academic and personal success.

The position requires active MA SLP license, MA-DOE certification, and CCC-SLP. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, deliver therapy, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families in a supportive educational

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts SLP license required.
• Massachusetts Department of Education certification required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP accreditation.
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs within educational teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress.
• Stay current on best practices and state regulations related to school-based speech-language pathology.
