Job summary

Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists and SLPA candidates for on-site roles in the Pittsfield area. The contract positions support K-12 students across multiple school locations and emphasize collaboration with teachers and families to meet IEP goals.

Candidates should hold SLP-CCC or SLPA licensure and have prior school-based experience. Travel flexibility and comprehensive benefits are available in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC or SLPA licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Experience with K-12 caseloads.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs and learning environments.
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide support for in-class and pull-out services as needed.
• Engage positively with diverse learners.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress tracking.
