Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the greater Springfield, MA area within a contract role. The position focuses on evaluations, IEP development, and collaborative work with educators and families to foster student growth.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure or eligibility, and strong communication skills. CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child’s progress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding assessments, treatment, and student progress.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual or group formats.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on best practices in speech-language development.
