Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time contract to support students in a K-12 setting for the 2026-2027 school year in Boston, MA. The role is 32.5 hours per week, delivering comprehensive evaluations and therapy.

Spanish/English bilingual candidates are highly preferred, with additional language skills valued. Licensure eligibility in Massachusetts and DESE certification are required or anticipated; CCC is required. Join a team improving student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or related field
• CCC certification required
• Massachusetts state licensure eligibility and DESE certification eligibility
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluation and therapy for a K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Adapt communication and intervention strategies to suit diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews
• Caseload and school assignment for monolingual candidates are assigned after credentialing
