Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Public and/or Education Policy Administration is required.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MSW, M.S. Ed, MPA/P) preferred.
• Experience collaborating with schools and CBOs to support at-risk students is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at NDSS in the Bronx, on-site 5 days a week.
• Coordinate LTW strategies, services, and resources with school leadership.
• Supervise on-site staff (4 employees) and liaise with partners and city agencies.
• Use data to inform programming and interventions.
• Develop and deliver workshops for staff and parents.
• Promote awareness of services and referral procedures to staff.
