Job summary

A children's service organization based in New York is seeking a Site Manager for the Day Habilitation program. Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Qualified NYS driver license must be maintained during employment.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized habilitation plans with volunteers.
• Coordinate community-based activities for volunteers.
• Supervise Assistant Manager and DSPs.

Skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Ability to develop individualized habilitation plans

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field

Tools

NYS driver license

AMAP/CPR/First Aid/SCIP-R training

Defensive driving training
