Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a Program Manager of School Services to oversee FBAs and function-based BIPs for students with behavioral challenges. You will design, implement, and evaluate modifications and instructional protocols as outlined in the BIP and IEP goals, and train the educational team on implementation.

Direct supervision of Behavior Technicians is required. Onsite work occurs at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm with afternoons for indirect work, supporting students across the

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs for students with significant behavioral challenges.
• Develop function-based BIPs and implement environmental/ instructional modifications.
• Collaborate with the educational team and train staff on BIP protocols.
• Provide supervision and oversight of the Behavior Technician team.
• Support students onsite at school sites 7:30am–3:30pm; indirect work in afternoons.
