Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager of School Services to lead FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities include designing and evaluating environmental modifications and instructional protocols, training the educational team, and providing direct supervision to the Behavior Technician team. Onsite work occurs at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with some afternoon duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA candidate or in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for assigned students with significant behavioral challenges.
• Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols per BIP and IEP goals.
• Train and supervise the Behavior Technician team and collaborate with the educational team.
• Support students on-site at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm; some indirect work in afternoons.
